When can I start the course?

Book today. Start tomorrow. You can start on any day throughout the year, Monday to Friday. Private lessons are also available at weekends.

How many students are there per class?

There are a maximum of four students in each live online class to make sure the class is as personalised to your needs as possible. You can also book private online lessons with us.

What is the minimum age?

16 years old is the minimum age for our online courses. Please contact us if you are under 16 and would like to take online lessons.

Are the online lessons accredited by the British Council?

The lessons are taught by one of our experienced EFL teachers from one of our British Council accredited centres in the UK. The online lessons themselves are not yet accredited by the British Council as they currently do not accredit online courses, but we are working with them to help this happen.

What happens if I miss a lesson?

If you are unable to attend a scheduled lesson for whatever reason, you must tell us as soon as possible and we will try to rearrange. If you cancel within 24 hours of the lesson or don't arrive in the classroom on time, we will be unable to give any refunds.

What are the technical requirements?

Using modern equipment will always give the best results, but the technology we use is compatible with older computers too. Minimum System Requirements

Do I need to download any software?

No. We simply send you a link to your online classroom.

Do I get a certificate?

Yes, you will receive a BSC certificate showing your CEFR level, which is recognised by employers and universities worldwide.
