BSC is delighted to announce the reopening of its York school on August 17th 2020. From next week, students will soon be welcomed back to the medieval streets of York, where they can enjoy face to face classes for the first time since March.
With all the city’s sights in an easy walking distance, and plenty of space for individual and group classes, the York centre allows for an easy transition for both students and staff.
The school will reopen with enhanced safety features to ensure all students and staff are protected from COVID-19. New one way systems, hand sanitising stations and protective barriers have been put in place to make sure that the school remains a safe learning environment. More details on how we are COVID-19 safety policy can be found in our Be Safe Charter. The school will offer its traditional portfolio of English language training alongside CELTA and other Teacher Training courses.
York is a popular location with international students due to its period architecture and proximity to the countryside. Its famous chocolate shops and historic city walls are also popular with tourists from around the world. From Monday the 17th August, BSC will welcome students from South Korea, Saudi Arabia, Spain and Switzerland.
