BSC launches Young Learner Winter by the Sea Programme

Discover a traditional British winter in Brighton with our Young Learner Winter by the Sea course. This new course allows students to build their English language skills and see a whole other side to the UK, with less crowds and more room to enjoy the blue skies, blazing sunsets and fresh sea breezes.

In this fresh addition to our Young Learners programme, international students can choose between 15 hours of General English lessons or 23 hours of Intensive English lessons. To complement the language lessons, excursions and daily activities are organised in order to build creativity and problem-solving skills. Teamwork, communication, work ethic, leadership and other so-called 'soft skills' are an important part of a young persons development and are increasingly sought after by employers, universities and colleges as a sign of social and emotional intelligence.

Being based in Brighton means students can benefit from the friendly atmosphere in our school, as well as the excellent facilities provided there. The residential programme includes full board where students have breakfast at the residence and a tasty lunch and dinner at the cafe in BSC Brighton.

Brighton is always popular with Young Learners as it has so many year-round attractions and there's always a warm welcome waiting for visitors from around the world. This multi-cultural city is famous for its pier, and has lots to offer students with fun and engaging evening activities, plus there are great outings, like visiting nearby Lewes Castle or the famous white cliffs at Seven Sisters. Day trips can also be arranged to other famous attractions in the south of England, including Windsor, London, or the Isle of Wight.
