London has many great opportunities to experience British culture and history. Our extensive social programme is designed to let students make the most of this incredible city.
BSC London runs a varied weekly social programme. A typical month can include a trip on the River Thames, visits to the British Museum, Natural History Museum or Science Museum, a trip to the Houses of Parliament and much more.

Borough Market & Boat Trip
London’s South Bank is home to Borough Market, one of the oldest markets in London selling a large variety of high-quality foods from around the world. Join us for a delightful afternoon at the market and enjoy truly unforgettable views of London’s landscape from the boat afterwards!

Thames River Cruise
Take a trip along the famous river which flows through the heart of London and see the capital from a different viewpoint. From the London Eye to Tower Bridge and past Canary Wharf out to scenic Greenwich, students will enjoy the capital's sights.
Social Programme Fees
Our activities and excursions may incur an additional charge. On average, a boat tour costs £13 per person. These prices may vary depending on location and activity, please speak to the Student Services team at the school for more information on the upcoming activities.
