English Plus Tennis

English & tennis summer camps for children

Our tennis spring and summer camps are ideal for active children and teenagers that want to learn English and channel their extra energy into practising their tennis skills.

Ampleforth College, Bradfield College and Wycliffe College have excellent tennis facilities available to BSC spring and summer camp students. On the English Plus Tennis course, children and teenagers will spend the morning learning English with classmates from around the world, then play tennis three afternoons a week with coaches qualified by the Lawn Tennis Association.

What is the English Plus Tennis course like?

Our General English Plus Activities courses offer a learning experience with a twist, where students can combine learning English with sports and having fun.

Morning lessons encourage students to practise their speaking, listening, reading and writing skills in a variety of situations. In the afternoon, students take part in their chosen activity or come on an exciting, supervised trip. English and activity courses for children and teenagers include English Plus Golf, English Plus Horse Riding, English Plus Watersports as well as exciting Football Education courses with Manchester City.

Student Welfare

We make sure your child has a safe and enjoyable stay with us, from offering healthy meals to providing round-the-clock supervision and support.

At British Study Centres, we want your child to have the best time at summer camp. We organise students into buddy groups so it’s easier to make friends, and check that classes have students of a similar age and ability. Our summer camp supervisors stay overnight so there's always someone to ask for help, and there is a nurse or first aider on-site at all times.
