Course description: During the first 4 weeks it includes 20 lessons of General English plus 5 lessons of specific vocational training per week. It is followed by 2 weeks unpaid work placement in the hospitality industry. In addition, a job interview for paid work is guaranteed on successful completion of the training.
A BSC certificate is awarded at the end of the 6-week course. Candidates who successfully complete the work placement are typically offered a 3-12 month contract. Candidates wishing to complete the 6-week programme but don't intend to go for the job interview should let us know at the time of booking.
Students can apply for this programme using our standard enrolment form, which should be accompanied by a draft CV and cover letter in Word format. All candidates will be interviewed prior to acceptance on the course to discuss the programme, assess their level of English and determine their specific needs.
Please note that the course is only available to EEA and Swiss nationals, and a minimum B1 level of English is required.
