When can I start the course?
You can start on any available day throughout the year (Monday-Thursday).
What is the minimum age?
18 years old is the minimum age for our online courses. Please contact us if you are under 18 and would like to take online lessons.
How many students are there per class?
There are a maximum of four students in each live online class to make sure the class is as personalised to your needs as possible. You can also book private online lessons with us.
What is included in my course?
You will receive access to our online eLearning platform BSC Online together with live lessons with a teacher from one of our centres. You will also receive personalised guided study advice and feedback on homework assignments.
What happens if I miss a lesson?
If you are unable to attend a scheduled lesson for whatever reason, you must tell us as soon as possible and we will try to rearrange. If you cancel within 24 hours of the lesson or don't arrive in the classroom on time, we will be unable to give any refunds.
Are the online lessons accredited by the British Council?
The lessons are taught by one of our experienced EFL teachers based at one of our British Council accredited centres in the UK. The online lessons themselves are not yet accredited by the British Council as they currently do not accredit online courses, but we are working with them to help this happen.
