G20pm Summer Afternoon Course
Our popular General English G20 course is now available in the afternoon from July to September - book your course now! Available from week beginning 7 July to 26 September, the G20pm Summer option is designed for students who are looking for a high standard full-time afternoon course. This course includes 5 Speaking & Listening lessons per week and 15 course-book lessons a week (the same as the G15 course) making a total of 20 x 50-minute lessons per week.
The first lesson of the course is devoted to Speaking & Listening which is an extra opportunity for fluency practice.
Later during the day we work with a coursebook enabling you to improve the four main skills - speaking, listening, reading and writing. We aim to improve your confidence in the English language as quickly as possible. As well as these four main skills we will also work on other key areas to help develop your fluency and accuracy - pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary and idioms.

We use an innovative, communicative approach to teaching. Lessons are activity and task-based with a high level of student involvement. Classes are small (with an average of 10 students) so that teachers can focus on your aims and interests to help you improve your English in a way which is relevant to you.
As well as using stimulating and contemporary materials, we use a variety of different methodologies. We believe that a warm and friendly environment is essential for effective learning and our commitment to high standards of achievement ensures that your time at the school is a rewarding experience.
You will be individually assessed both on arrival and regularly throughout the course. We give you a written and oral test on your first day and monitor your progress regularly throughout your course. At the end of your stay, if you have achieved satisfactory attendance (minimum 80%), you receive a certificate and attendance report signed by the Director of Studies. These are very useful tools to show employers when looking for a new job.
