Fashion Week
Brighton is one of the most stylish and forward-thinking cities in the world and it really showed during this year’s Fashion Week, which has just finished. The events showcased the best new designers from the local area and London, who created catwalk shows with dramatic music and visual design.
Our students attended various events throughout the week. Amongst the highlights were a charity gig for War Child, the theatrical show and Couture Show at one of Brighton’s finest Church venues and the fantastic ready-to-wear shows and shopping event at the Corn Exchange.
The ready-to-wear shows were hosted by John Bruce, a UK TV personality from Channel 4 show ‘The Model Agency’, who also works at Premier Model Management – a top 5 model agency who were scouting for new models on the day. Did anyone from BSC get noticed?
Don’t worry if you missed out, we plan to attend Fashion week in 2012 for more clothes, models and goodie bags! Check out www.brightonfashionweek.com for more info!
