Taiwanese film star, Tammy Chen (Chen Yi-Jung) attended a week of intensive English at BSC London in early May as part of her preparation for a new role involving speaking English in a Taiwanese drama to be filmed later this year. Tammy spent her time learning English in the morning and seeing the sights of London in the afternoon. She also had lunch with Adrian Liley (Head of Sales) and Lucia Guo (Chinese Marketing Manager) while here. Tammy was delighted with her course and thought that her teacher, Julia, was the best she’s ever had!

Tammy has had many roles in her career and is famous throughout Taiwan and mainland China for her acting in period-piece, historical dramas and situation comedies on television. She plans to return to England soon to continue her studies at BSC.
