Guy Fawkes Night is an annual celebration on the evening of 5 November. Guy Fawkes Night marks the downfall of the gun powder plot of 5 November 1605, in which a number of Catholic conspirators, including Guy Fawkes, attempted to destroy the Houses of parliament.

On Friday 31st October 2009, students and staff at British Study Centres London all arrived at school wearing an item of clothing in the colour pink in aid of Breast Cancer Campaign… This has been an annual event at our school for the past four years and this year was no exception.

Oxford Street was overflowing with the people, everybody was waiting for the time when the lights will be switched on. Twenty students from British Study centres came and were counting down to the big moment…
