Hi everyone! My name is Onat from British Study Centers Oxford. I am working in the school as an intern!
I would like to share my punting experience with you. We had such a great day out on the river with the students. As the students told me it was the first time that they have been in punting. To be honest it was the first time for me as well. When we got on the punt I was really scared of falling into the river but after in a while Jenny, the social activity organizer, taught me how to do it and after that I was more confident.
It was the best way for the students to look around Oxford from the river. I can’t think of a better way to explore the river and surrounding areas like Christ Church, where Harry Potter was filmed and the most famous college, Magdalen College. I think what made it great was the fact that the weather was fantastic and punting is such good fun and most of all, our skipper Jenny really looked after us.
