More Photos From The Murder Mystery Party In Brighton Speakeasy
As posted on the British Study Centres news section:
‘Staff at British Study Centres Brighton dressed up as characters from 1920s USA for a murder mystery party set in the prohibition era. School Director John Veale, sporting an impressive moustache for the night, organised outside caterers to prepare some delicious food and the school café was transformed into a Chicago “speakeasy” for the night with croupiers running a roulette wheel and pontoon table to add to the atmosphere.
Guests were enthusiastically acting out their parts and halfway through the evening shots rang out and Notorious Nick (Academic Director Christian Tiplady) was found dead. Various clues were uncovered and alibis checked until the murderer was revealed to the Chief of Police (teacher David Ford). By that time everyone had enjoyed a wonderful evening of drinking (non-alcoholic drinks) and gambling (with fake money)!
