Our university-style summer residence is available in July and August 2010. Located in the centre of Brighton just half a mile north of the famous Brighton pier, Phoenix Halls residence provides good value-for-money single study bedroom self-catering accommodation.

Phoenix Halls Superior Summer Residence
Ideally located in the centre of Brighton, Phoenix Halls residence provides our students with en-suite single study bedroom self-catering accommodation in a secure and clean environment. The residence offers modern and well equipped communal kitchens, on-site laundry facilities, wireless internet access and fixed telephone lines in every floor.

| Travel time | Average journey time to/from school is 20 minutes by bus (Number 7) or 30 minutes on foot. |
| Booking options | Single room: standard single study bedroom. The bedrooms are arranged in 'apartments' of 8 bedrooms with one shared kitchen |
| Room | A comfortable and simply furnished room contains wash basin, desk, chair, lamp, wardrobe and bathroom in each room. Bed linen is provided and changed every week. |
| Cleaning | The residence is visited once a week by a cleaner but students are responsible for cleaning and keeping their own rooms tidy. |
| Meal plans & kitchen facilities | Self-catering: communal kitchens are modern and equipped with microwave, cooker, kettle, fridge and freezer, cutlery and cooking utensils. |
| Laundry | On-site coin operated laundry facilities are available on the ground floor. A wash costs £1.60 and a dry 20p (timed). |
| Baths and showers | Each bedroom has an en-suite shower room and toilet. Towels are provided and changed once a week. |
| Telephone | Our residence has fixed telephone landlines on each floor. |
