Dorchester House Superior Summer Residence

The university-style summer residence, Dorchester House, is available for July and August. Ideally located in the centre of Bournemouth and a short walk away from the school and the beach, Dorchester House residence provides our students with en-suite single study bedroom self-catering accommodation in a secure and clean environment. The residence offers modern and well equipped communal kitchens, on-site laundry facilities and wireless internet access.

Please note: The residence is only available to students who are over 18 years old.

Location Dorchester House is located in the centre of Bournemouth just a short walk from the travel interchange. The residences are therefore easily accessible on foot and by bus.
Travel time Average journey time to/from school 15-20 mins on foot or via one of the many passing buses.
Booking options Single room: standard single study bedroom. The bedrooms are arranged in 'cluster' apartments of 5,6 or 7 bedrooms with one shared kitchen and lounge.
Room A comfortable and simply furnished room contains desk, chair, lamp, wardrobe and bathroom in each room. Bed linen is provided and changed every week.
Cleaning The residence is visited once a week by a cleaner but students are responsible for cleaning and keeping their own rooms tidy.
Meal plans & kitchen facilities Self-catering: communal kitchens are modern and equipped with microwave, cooker, kettle, fridge and freezer, cutlery and cooking utensils.
Laundry On-site coin operated laundry facilities are available on the ground floor.
Baths and showers Each bedroom has an en-suite shower room and toilet. Towels are provided and changed once a week.
Internet access Wired internet access is available.
Common room There is a common room to relax in with a large flat screen TV, table tennis table and vending machines available.
